Fleeing for their lives, migrants trek for the US

Unfortunately, the United States cannot open its borders and let in tens of millions of people because they are living in bad conditions. People need to figure things out for themselves. The United States, comparatively speaking, is a much younger country than all of the aforementioned ones. How come these other countries are a mess and we, for the moment, aren’t?

By the way, if Latin America is a mess, so is Africa. We’re talking about an entire continent of people living in poverty, oppression and little to look forward to. Many areas in Asia are in similar condition. India for instance, with well over a billion people, has tens of millions of people living in boxes with not even running water.

Sad as it is, we (the U.S.) simply cannot fix the world. We cannot open the gates and flood this country with immigrants as preached by liberals.

As stated earlier, people need to figure things out for themselves. And along with that and just as importantly is the fact that a country of laws needs to enforce those laws. If not what you end up with is total anarchy. If we do not enforce our own laws we will become just like the countries these people are fleeing from. TGO
