In general terms, the Biden administration NEVER INTENDED to do anything at the border other than exactly what they did – f_ck it all up! Their policy decisions regarding the border were intentional – to let in as many people as they could. They have succeeded in doing so and will continue their current approach for as long as they’re in power.
