Leftists want to plug people of all races into every conceivable institution, job, etc. regardless of their qualifications. We need x-number of black head coaches in football, basketball, etc. We need x-number of Hispanic managers in baseball. We need x-number of black CEOs. We need to hire x-number of women for this, that, or the other. And the list goes on…
Never mind hiring the right person for the job, let’s hire them based on skin color and/or gender. Joe Biden just did that with his Supreme Court Justice nominee. He also did it with Kamala Harris; how is that working out?
Funny though, when it comes to pilots or surgeons for instance, liberals are no longer concerned with “diversity”!
