It is sad but true that almost without exception every single policy initiated by liberals is a failure. Unfortunately, it is liberals who run our major and most populous cities as well as academia. Then people wonder why an entire segment of the black population in this country has made little progress in the last 50 years, with broken homes, poverty, crime, a high abortion rate and a low literacy rate in way too many households.
