Want to stop forest fires? Manage the forests, simple as that. Remove all dead material from the forest bed (ground). This is much easier to do than to fight forest fires.
By the way, forest fires have nothing to do with “climate change”, unless of course lightning and arson are a by-product of “climate change” (which they’re not).
