I cannot for the life of me understand the level of stupidity or malice (it has to be one or the other, or both) individuals possess that encourages them to support this level of depravity in the cities they govern. It is inconceivable to me that lawmakers would pass laws that permit their cities to become sewers.
The reality is that without exception these scenes always occur in cities run by democrats. Do these people ALL suffer from the same mental condition, or are they just so morally depraved themselves that they enjoy this degree of degeneracy?
