Let’s see what all of this talk about defunding the police department brings. My guess is that as usual, some of the changes will be positive and some will be negative. I suppose that most liberal cities, with liberal mayors, will make the most radical changes (to appease the liberal mob) and therefore fall into greater decay, with a rise in drug abuse, homelessness and crime.
