The Communist News Network (CNN) is notorious for showing just a portion of the president’s statements, the portion that satisfies their agenda. This is just one of the reasons that Donald Trump calls them FAKE NEWS.
For the issue at hand, Chris Cuomo played just a very brief snippet of the actual press conference. The part where Trump asks if they’re going to tear down monuments (and eliminate the history) of people such as George Washington and Thomas Jefferson because they were slave owners goes unseen.
With regard to Charlottesville, the president was merely saying that there were good people on both sides of the debate on statutes. He actually condemned the Ne0-Nazis and White Supremacists, but this is not what CNN showed in their edited clip.
This is NOT reporting, this is distorting the truth (avoiding facts) to push an agenda. This is why the talking heads at CNN are bigots, guilty of the very thing they accuse the president of being. In addition to being hateful bigots, they’re also spineless, because they find it necessary to resort to this level of hypocrisy in order to defame individuals who don’t align with their political agenda.
This is the sort of thing that goes on in places such as North Korea, Cuba and Venezuela, where the news is propagandized to sway people’s thinking. TGO
