Once again, wherever there’s a high concentration of Muslims, there’s violence.
Whoever the idiot was that first said that Islam is a “peaceful” faith has to be the world’s biggest liar, as nothing could be further from the truth. TGO

At least 24 people have been killed in violence in Karachi in the past week, in a renewed wave of unrest to hit Pakistan’s most populous city, officials said on Monday.
“At least 24 people have been killed and 40 wounded in the (latest) acts of violence,” a security official told AFP on condition of anonymity.
Another intelligence official corroborated the death toll, which included five on Monday after the killing of Hasan Soomro, a local leader of the ruling Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
Locals in the southern Lyari neighbourhood blamed the police for Soomro’s killing — accusations that have been denied by the authorities.
Those that died included victims of ethnic killings, members of rival criminal gangs, and people caught up in the exchange of gunfire between police and alleged gangsters in Lyari, a stronghold of the PPP.
Officials said violence was threatening to break out again in a few areas of the sprawling city of 17 million people
“Some parts of the city are still tense where police and paramilitaries are on patrol,” Sharfuddin Memon, spokesman for the home department of southern Sindh province, of which Karachi is the capital, told AFP.
The security official said that during the last week arsonists had set more than 50 vehicles alight.
The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan said 1,715 people were killed in sudden flare-ups of violence in the city last year.
Officials documented more than 100 deaths in one week alone in October in what was Karachi’s worst ethnic and political unrest in 16 years.
The violence has been linked to ethnic tensions between the Mohajirs, represented by the Mutihida Qaumi Movement (MQM), and Pashtun migrants from Pakistan’s northwest affiliated to the Awami National Party (ANP).
