This guy is completely brain-dead, he is literally an imbecile who doesn’t know what day of the week it is. Except for when he has an important speech, prior to which they juice him up with meds. The rest of the time he is clueless!

Yet you know who is more clueless than Joe Biden, if that’s even possible? The people who vote for him!
