The left-tards are losing their minds over this Supreme Court ruling, which is what they do when they don’t get their way, but here are the simple facts.
And naturally, brain-dead Joe Biden, along with bimbos Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, to name a few, are getting the ignorant masses all riled up.
- The original Roe vs Wade ruling was flawed to begin with, as there is NO MENTION of abortion anywhere in the U.S. Constitution. Even ultra-liberal former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg stated this.
- The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, a part of the Bill of Rights, expresses the principle of federalism, also known as states’ rights, by stating that the federal government has only those powers delegated to it by the Constitution, and that all other powers not forbidden to the states by the Constitution are reserved to each state.
In other words, being that there is NO MENTION of abortion anywhere in the U.S. Constitution, abortion should have never been a nation-wide ruling governing all states.
As such, it is now a state issue. So, each state will have its own rulings with respect to abortion. Naturally, liberal states such as California, New York and others will legalize abortions. Conservative states such as Texas, Alabama and others won’t.
Abortion is no different than any other issue in this country, where states make their own laws.
