I did a little bit of research regarding Bernie Sanders’ old, repeated rhetoric about the top wealthiest people in this country having more wealth than the rest of the nation (here he mentions the top 3) .
The top three (3) wealthiest people in the United States are:
- Jeff Bezos ($140 billion)
- Bill Gates ($88 billion)
- Warren Buffet ($84 billion)
What this communist douche-bag fails to mention, among other things, is the number of people employed by these three entrepreneurs.
- Jeff Bezos (377,000 employees)
- Bill Gates (272,800 employees)
- Warren Buffett (131,000 employees)
These three men employ 780,000 people. The state of Vermont, Bernie’s home state, has a TOTAL population of 623,960 in 2018!
- Amazon’s average employee’s salary ($28,000.00)
- Microsoft’s average employee’s salary ($116,980.00)
- International Harvester’s average employee’s salary ($53,510.00)
Average salaries x employees:
- Amazon: $10,556,000,000
- Microsoft: $3,191,210,000,000
- International Harvester: $7,009,810,000
That’s a total of $3,754,219,810,000 (that’s $3 trillion, $754 billion, $219 million, $810,000.00 dollars earned by the employees of these three men in one year!!!
I have a couple of questions for you Mr. Sanders:
How many employees do you have, that you pay a salary to directly? 0 (ZERO)
How much money do you generate for your employees each year, you personally? $0.00 (ZERO)
