What’s Wrong With Kim Delaney?

I posted a brief article yesterday pertaining to Kim Delaney being pulled off stage while attempting to read from a teleprompter during a presentation for the Liberty Medal Award at Philadelphia’s National Constitution Center. Her behavior was definitely odd and quite embarrassing. TGO
