If this incident in fact was intentional, which it appears to have been, the driver should never see the sun again once convicted in a court of law.
Also, being that this tragedy occurred in Wisconsin, in a city very, very close to Kenosha (in the southeast corner of the state) tells me that this is related to the Kyle Rittenhouse trial results. My guess is that some nut-job who wanted Kyle convicted of murder lost his marbles and decided to “do some damage”, and damage he did.
