This David Chipman, the anti-firearm fanatic who Joe Biden nominated as the ATF Director, is another nut; one of many who are already in the Biden administration.
I really DO NOT understand the liberal mindset. They never seem to get things right because their focus is always misguided. The problem with crime isn’t about revolvers, pistols, magazine capacity, shotguns or rifles. The problem with crime is about people. People commit the crimes, not firearms. We have seen fists, fireworks, hammers, bats, knives, cars, trucks and planes kill thousands of people in the last twenty years. Are we going to ban them too?
Defund the police, bail reform and other irrational leftist policies are some of the things responsible for the skyrocketing rise in crime in this country. Democrats are more interested in protecting criminals’ rights than they are in protecting the rights of law-abiding citizens.
Many of the crimes being committed are by repeat offenders; child molesters, burglars, criminal gang members, looters and rapists are among the many who are given “get out of jail free cards” by liberal DAs; sick individuals for putting the public at risk.
Anyway, this leftist’s obsession with eliminating firearms is as non-sensical as they are.
