What an embarrassment, Joe Biden cannot even read!!! Forget about the context of what he was trying to say for a moment, which was all stupid nonsense, he cannot even speak! 

The people of the United States who voted for this buffoon are even more clueless than Joe Biden, and anyone who saw yesterday’s press conference can tell you that is some level of cluelessness, because this guy is totally out of it!!!
