The Left can’t accept the truth, and in this particular case, the truth is that Baltimore, Maryland is in fact full of rat-infested slums. Another fact is that Elijah Cummings has done nothing to resolve this issue in the majority-black precincts he oversees. But hey, this is nothing new, and it has nothing to do with race. It has to do with democrat (liberal) policies.
