This piece of scum will have a handful of attorneys at his disposal who will milk the system for years. My guess is he’ll be out of jail in twenty years, maybe sooner.

TUCSON, Ariz. – Arizona authorities say the gunman accused of shooting an Arizona congresswoman and killing six others acted alone.
Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik says Sunday that there is no evidence that anybody besides 22-year-old suspect Jared Loughner (LAWF’-ner) was involved.
Authorities earlier cleared a suspected accomplice, a cab driver, of involvement.
Dupnik says the cab driver walked into the Tucson Safeway store with Loughner because the driver didn’t have change for a $20. He says the shooting occurred just after the two exchanged money.
Maybe, just maybe, he should also get a medal too. He did pretty good hitting as many people as he did after recent reports of the police in many areas firing many more shots than he did and not being able to hit their intended targets. 🙂

So in other words, you’re implying that we live in a society where we’re not “allowed” to have our own opinions because if these views are expressed, there may be some jack-off who can put a bullet in our head; and that’s acceptable???
Their only job is to the read potential legislation, then vote yes or no on it. Not complicated. Maybe this shooting will inspire more accountability on politicians. My only discomfort with the whole shooting was that innocent civilians (non-politicians) were shot.
I have a problem with anyone getting shot; politicians or otherwise.
Maybe the politicians might actually do their jobs now fearful of running into another disgruntled citizen over the politicians lousy job performance.
You’re never going to get performance from politicians; this is why they’re politicians and nothing more. They do their “work” with their lips, and last time I checked talking doesn’t get much done.
