Everyone who has seen Biden speak since he took office knows he’s not well. Sure, he has his lucid moments, but he misspeaks, misunderstands, stutters, lies, you name it, he does it. He simply is not fit to be President of the United States.
As to who is running the show, more than likely Ron Klain, along with Bernie Sanders and the rest of the liberal mob.
