Is it possible? Yes. Did it happen? Who knows. Can it be proven by the Trump administration? Yes, but they would need a break; a whistleblower of sorts. The only other alternative is if they can get a team of math wizzes who can look for a pattern, an algorithm of sorts, and work backwards to decipher it. TGO
